Bookings & Payments

Reservations

· All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

· Please ensure that all information provided, such as contact details, pickup/drop-off locations, and any special requests, is accurate and complete.

Payments

· We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Payment instructions will be shared during the booking process.

· For first-time clients, full payment is required in advance. This helps us guarantee a smooth and reliable service while building mutual trust. Once payment is confirmed, your booking will be secured.

· Corporate clients and returning customers may request invoicing options. Please contact us for details.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

· If you need to cancel, please notify us as early as possible.

· All cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, no cancellation fee will be charged.

· Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee applies).

Refunds

· Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from the time of cancellation.

Service Use

Passenger Responsibilities

· Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.

· All passengers are expected to comply with applicable laws and regulations during the journey.

· Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the passenger. Iberia VIP Tours and Transfers is not liable for lost or damaged items.

· A $100 cleaning fee will apply if someone becomes ill in the vehicle.

· Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged in full to the responsible party.

Driver Responsibilities

· Our drivers are committed to delivering a safe, comfortable, and professional experience.

· Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a safety risk.

Liability

· Iberia VIP Tours and transfers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

· We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy & Data Protection

· We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

· By using our services, you consent to the handling of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
